是個頗有趣的經驗,解碼在網路上找了
蕃茄豆腐沙拉、蕃茄義大利麵以及梅子蕃茄冰沙
企圖以前菜主餐甜點一次滿足做為訴求

蕃茄豆腐沙拉:

蕃茄義大利麵:
1,將義大利面煮至7分熟,撈出拌少許橄欖油備用。
2.熱平底鍋放入奶油,以中火將洋蔥、蕃茄和打散的蛋液一起拌炒,加入鹽、糖、黑胡椒粉調味,再加入作法1的麵條、鮮奶、白酒一起拌炒3分鐘,最後撒上適量起士粉即可起鍋裝盤。
梅子蕃茄冰沙:
1,紅蕃茄洗淨去蒂後,切丁備用。
2.將作法1的紅蕃茄、檸檬汁、果糖放入果汁機中攪打約10秒,再將冰塊分數次放入果汁機中攪打至呈細砂狀。
3.將梅粉放入作法2中拌勻後,迅速倒入杯中,再將一粒話梅放在冰砂上即可。
